Mindflov (the "Seller", "we", "us") provides this service. By accessing or using the service, you enter into an agreement with Mindflov. If you use Mindflov on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. By continuing to use Mindflov — including the free guest canvas — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Mindflov is a spatial AI ideation canvas: you enter a seed idea, and the service generates related directions, expansions, and synthesized documents using AI models, organized as an interactive node map you can save, share, and export.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringe intellectual-property rights of others;
• interfere with the service's security, probe or scan it, or introduce malware;
• scrape the service or attempt to circumvent technical or usage limits;
• use the AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, or malware, or to jailbreak safety controls.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without human review. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before you rely on them, and for having the rights to any content you input. You retain rights to your own inputs; you may use outputs you generate, and we retain no claim over them. If you believe content generated through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeated infringement may lead to account suspension. We may moderate content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We retain all ownership of the service itself — the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law requires it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your saved maps for 30 days, after which they may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
